Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking for any Courses from our site. You should understand that by booking any of our Courses, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
After booking a course, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. Please note that this does not mean that your booking has been accepted. Your booking constitutes an offer to us to purchase delegate places at a course. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the booking has been made (Booking Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation.
Course Fees & Payment Details:
All invoices will be paid in full prior to the start of the course or commission.
Invoices are not subject to V.A.T.
Refunds or credit notes will be issued (if applicable) for any cancellations received respectively of the notice period outlined below:
Within 14 days of the course – No refund – full fee due.
Within 2-4 weeks of the course – 50% of the course fee.
Within 4-6 weeks of the course – 75% of the course fee.
More than 6 weeks before the course – 100% of the course fee.
Cancelled course fees may be used to transfer to another course/speaking event if required providing cancellation is given within the notice period stated above. Courses must then be rebooked within 6 months and delivered within 12 months of the cancellation date.
Any expenses incurred as a result of organising a commission that cannot be reimbursed will not be refunded if the commission is cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel a training course/guest speaker at anytime owing to the following:
- Circumstances beyond our control i.e. venue fire, local disaster, riots, ill health of tutor/speaker.
- If 4 weeks before the course we have bookings for 8 or fewer delegates.
- Delegates have booked and not paid.
In any of these circumstances delegates will be offered a full refund or credit given to transfer to another course.
No audio of video recording is permitted at any time. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, weather written or verbal, no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of any statement made can be accepted by the course/speaker organisers.
