Ellen Cuerva – Associate Trainer

Ellen is a highly competent Senior Manager and Trainer with almost 20 years’ experience in the Voluntary Sector and 5 years’ experience in the Public Sector.

Her qualifications include an MA in Management Development, HND in Public Administration, RSA Advanced Diploma in the organisation of Voluntary Groups, Internal Quality Auditor (IRCA certificated), NCVO in Funding and a PTLL City & Guilds in Teaching. Ellen has extensive experience of working with disaffected young people in an engagement and skills development capacity and with disadvantaged adults.

She enjoyed a 16 year career as a Director with Nacro, the crime reduction charity and national training provider with 52 training centres in England and Wales. Ellen was a member of the Education and Employment Directorate Executive Group and Senior Management Team.

We have benefited from Ellen’s multi-talented experience and she has been a great asset to us in the area of fundraising and training.
